# Installation

Follow these steps to install the KnockbackFFA Setup on your server:

### Step 1: Download

Download the setup from the [resource page](https://builtbybit.com/resources/knockbackffa-setup-og-minigame-series.91290/).

### Step 2: Extract

Unarchive the downloaded file to your computer.

### Step 3: Prepare Files

Open the **"SETUP FILES"** folder from the extracted content.

### Step 4: Archive

Archive (zip) the contents inside the "SETUP FILES" folder.

### Step 5: Upload & Extract

Upload the archived file to your online server host's home/root directory and unarchive it.

### Step 6: Install Required Plugins

Download and install the following plugins:

* **KnockioFFA** - [Download](https://builtbybit.com/resources/knockioffa-ultimate-knockbackffa.20068/)
* **Citizens** - [Download](https://ci.citizensnpcs.co/job/Citizens2/3382/) (Use this version)
* **AlonsoTags** - [Download](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/alonsotags-1-8-unlimited-tags-textures-custom-model-data.83664/)

Place them in the `plugins/` folder.

### Step 7: Start Server

Start the server with **Java 11** on **PaperMC 1.8.8** or PandaSpigot.
